Curry Masterclass – SOLD OUT!
Due to overwhelming demand this event is already SOLD OUT. We are very lucky to have secured RGS Parent, Hari Ghotra, for our forthcoming Curry Masterclass on Saturday 25 February 2017.
Hari is an expert of Indian cuisine and is a Chef at one of the first Indian restaurants to have received a Michelin Star, Tamarind of Mayfair.
During the afternoon your pair will learn to make:
- Vegetable samosas
- Mint chutney
- Thari wala chicken (chicken curry)
- Red lentil dhal
- Cumin infused rice
You will also learn about the different spices used to create these wonderful dishes. Wine, beer and nibbles will be provided.
The masterclass will take place at RGS on Saturday 25 February 2017 between 2.00pm and 5.00pm.
Tickets are £80 for a pair and payable to RGS Foundation.
