RGS Dubai Social Gathering
Roberto’s in DIFC, Dubai was the venue for a very enjoyable RGS Dubai Friends Gathering on Wednesday 15 February.
With over thirty Reigatians based in the UAE, it was good to see so many attend and to be joined by the touring RGS 1st XI cricket squad who were victorious earlier in the day.
Headmaster, Shaun Fenton, spoke fondly of the importance of our overseas community and the opportunities that exist for networking. Indeed, Immy Adshead (’12) moved to Dubai recently having been professionally connected with Kerry Patterson (’02) who is based over there. Now, Immy has both a job and accommodation – all through an original enquiry to the RGS foundation. One example of the strength of the RGS network!
If you wish to know more about our overseas communities and/or the RGS Professional network, then please contact the Foundation office.
