Golden Anniversary Lunch
June 21
The Headmaster’s House, One Chart Lane
To celebrate 50 years since the class of 1966 left Reigate Grammar School, the Foundation are hosting a Golden Anniversary Lunch on Tuesday 21 June in the Headmaster’s Garden. Tours of the school will be available prior to the lunch and a ‘Living History’ Event will also take place where a small number of our Fourth Form pupils will chat to guests about their experiences at RGS over afternoon tea. They will be interested in the contrast with today’s schooling in terms of discipline, subjects, and relationships with teachers and aspirations. They may also ask about popular culture, social lives and fashion, awareness of world events, and their effects on your life. Students will then serve a cream tea to round off the afternoon.
