Join us for a lively discussion with Dr. Louise Ashley focusing on the barriers to truly embracing and achieving diversity – from the perspective of employers and those we employ. Dr Louise Ashley is a terrific and enthusiastic speaker, renowned for her published research into the implementation and development of diversity and inclusion programmes in large, multinational organisations, with a particular focus on gender, ethnicity and socio-economic background.

As usual, there will also be the opportunity to network and socialise with other members before and after the keynote speaker.
